First of all, let me thank you all for giving me an opportunity to share my IAS coaching teaching experience with you. I am not here for doing a social service, nor I feel I have anything superior and special to share compared to rest of institutes. I am not here to prove my point either.

I am here just to tell you all some empirical realities of IAS coaching in big cities in india.
And why I desided to Launch Ahana UPSC and State PSC Coaching in Ratlam.

Mushrooming Coaching institutes loot students and parents more than they help them. In an online discussion I saw students are helping others by discussing how various coaching institutes cheat and how they are not helping students. Please note that this is only a reproduction of the discussionbetween aspirants who have been cheated.

“WINNERS DON’T do different things, they do things differently.” I blinked my bleary eyes at the speaker, who had been a mentor to many successful candidates of the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) examination. I wondered how to implement the already burdened life with virtues of patience, perseverance, and determination.

The classroom resembles a stuffed cattle shed, with 150 students jostling for space on creaky plastic chairs. The air conditioners are outcompeted by the determined firebreaths of aspirants who dreamt of becoming the “steelframe” of the country. I told myself I would not let these sub-human conditions snuff out my ambition of becoming an IAS Coaching Entrepreneur and making Ratlam a better place for IAS preparations so no student can fall in any such frauds. After all, Lal Bahadur Shastri swam two miles to attend school, Dr Rajendra Prasad studied under street-lamps and Madam Curie had fainted of hunger during her experiments. Ratlami Aspirents struggle is easy, very easy.

In big cities the notice board outside the classes have numerous newspaperclippings paying glowing tributes to the institute. After registration students have to pay Rs 80,000-1,20,000 to study the nuances of General Knowledge.
The room, rather the shanty, where students live, are makeshift, cardboard-separated camp of around 10 students per room. The food consisted of wafer-thin rotis, two rings of onions and watery pumpkin gravy, red with pungent tomatoes. Students are charged Rs 5,000 per month for food and accommodation. I prayed to the souls of Curie, Prasad and Shastri for strength and succour. If they could endure the vicissitudes of life, why couldn’t the students?

My dear friends....all of us are mature and grown up....having a dream to do something in life...more precisely to become the part of steel framework of indian administration. Every student understands the institutional rivalry....mud slinging...vested interest of certain institutions to malign the image of good teachers and institutions.during IAS course students observe ugly face of institutional rivalry in Metrocities. people being paid for bad publicity ....certain new emerging teachers and institutes are being targetted by rival institutes and never trust institutes who claims that thay prepare for Prelims only. Seriously ? What will you do after clearing prelims?
